Semalam, lunch hour, TB bersama seorang teman pergi ke Sunshine. Hendak lunch di situ. Sebelum tu, kami singgah buat "Health Measurements" di salah sebuah kedai Nutrisi di situ. Free of charge.
Kebetulan kedai tu jual kekacang & dried fruits, yang mana memang TB suka sangat lah kan. Beli 2 pek untuk kudapan di kala kesibukan menjelma.
Berbalik pada check-up tu, apa yang perlu dibuat adalah berdiri atas scale weight yang canggih dan terus boleh dianalisis body fat, visceral fat, body water etc.
Dan metabolic age!

Adequate quality sleep.
Avoid processed food.
Avoid frozen processed food.
Avoid fast food (KFC, McD etc).
Avoid chemically synthetic cosmetics.
Avoid processed powdered (even if its claimed natural) supplements, still it is not original.
Avoid SOY supplements.
Avoid soft drinks/sweet drinks/artificial isotonic drinks.
Avoid maggie/mee segera.
